fresh and original 'free from' cakes for every occasion
All our cakes are made in our Hampshire kitchen from fresh ingredients . We specialize in making beautiful handmade cakes and decorations without wheat. Our aim is to to make delicious and stunning cakes that everyone can enjoy and with that in mind we are now producing more of our cakes without dairy . We have extensively tested our wheat free & dairy free cakes on unsuspecting friends and relatives to see if they could tell ......none of them realised ! So when we say you can't tell the difference , we really mean it !
We also make celebration & party cakes for those customers who prefer to follow a vegan diet , these cakes contain no dairy & no egg and are also wheat free.
Currently we are still producing some of our cakes using wheat flours , however from the end of September 2010 we are phasing out wheat flour altogether . This will mean all our cakes will be made using wheat free flours as standard , we hope this will enable us to become registered as 'gluten free' by early next year.
We try reduce our impact on the environment wherever we can and to use locally sourced products whenever possible. If an ingredient can not be locally sourced we try to find an alternative that is ethical and ecologically sustainable. We use green website hosting & green electricity .
We would urge our customers to reuse their packaging and cake boards whenever possible and to recycle where facilities are available.

In order that my customers are able to make well informed choices , I must point out that I am not registered as gluten free (yet), Although I take great care to ensure no cross contamination occurs, a small risk of traces of allergens may be present as I only have one kitchen. Our cakes are made in a kitchen that currently also makes products containing wheat (we are phasing this out over the next few months), nuts, dairy, soya and egg.
